Rare catalogue from a groundbreaking Christie's watch auction that took place on 12th May 2008 in Geneva. The two cover pieces alone made a combined CHF 7 million and the steel reference 1526 was bought by then president of Patek Philippe, Mr Stern senior. Features an almost complete history of the Rolex Submariner, various rare pieces from the Jurgensen watchmaking dynasty and one of Philippe Dufour's sonnerie wrist watches.

Catalogue weighs around 1.5kg. Considering it is 16 years old, it is in fantastic condition with no bent pages, some very light marks on the covers and no writing or marks on the pages.
