Shipping and handling:

100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekends are dispatched on Monday. We do not ship on weekends & holidays.

We do not ship to any PO Box. Please check your shipping address before placing orders.

We do offer expedited overnight shipping for an additional cost. Please let us know your address for estimate overnight price before placing order.

Please kindly double check your shipping address before you place any order.  We are not responsible for any incorrect address given to us, we only ship to eBay and PayPal verified addresses.

Majority of the time we use USPS, but in some cases, we may ship through FedEx or UPS.

All our shipping will have tracking number. If you don’t see any tracking number uploaded, please feel free to contact us.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days from the “Delivery Date”. Returned item(s) must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product’s information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted they will be sent back to the customer and will be charged for shipping cost.

Returning Damaged or Defective item:

If you are returning any item due to damaged or defective- not working and would like to get an exchange for the same item, please contact us first before opening any return on eBay. If any package arrives damaged, please provide pictures of the package as well as images of the item itself. We do our best to resolve any issue pertaining damaged items which includes providing you with a replacement item as soon as possible. (keep in mind it will have to be the same item and model that you have purchased.)

Once you have returned the item and we have received it back on our end we will gladly refund you after item is re-tested and inspected.

 If you prefer a replacement rather and a refund for the item  but  you need it sooner than the expected delivery date ,if you are willing to , We  would suggest you make another purchase with us and we will go ahead and ship that one out to you while the return is in transit so you don’t have to wait through the whole process as it does take time.

Refund:

The transit time calculated by the return process will determine your refund, therefore you should expect to receive your refund within 2-5 business days after we receive the item. However, in many cases you might receive the refund sooner than the expected time frame.
