Original mixer stripped down to component level and all parts given a thorough cleaning. Any broken/worn parts replaced.

Motor stripped down to component level and all parts given a thorough cleaning. Brushes checked for wear. Capacitor and inductor replaced with quality new ones on speed control board, all electrical connections remade. New motor mounting bushes fitted.

Gearbox stripped down to component level, all parts ultrasonically cleaned of old grease, gears checked for wear, reassembled, filled with white food grade grease and resealed. New gearbox felt, seals and plug fitted giving a completely sealed gearbox.

All metalwork (pedestal, mid section and top cover shot blasted and powder coated inside and outside (for durability) silver aluminium.

New feet, mains lead and plug fitted.

All tools stripped down to component level, all parts given a thorough cleaning and reassembled to correct height settings.

Passed PAT Test (portable electrical testing for electrical safety).
