VINTAGE size 16!  Vintage clothing sizes run 4-6 sizes smaller than clothing sizes today.

Skirt is 38 inches long, side slit is 18" from bottom hem. Threads loose at end of slit, could use reinforcement.

Waist easily stretches to 42 inches. Synthetic stretch material has some give. Skirt has 2.5" belt loops.

Unstretched hip measurement is about 46."

Bottom hem is 50" around.
