    These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item—do not confuse them with additional shipping charges. We are unable to mark merchandise as a "GIFT" on customs forms; we and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

    Delivery Information:

    Normally, international delivery takes 2-4 weeks. However, it may take longer depending on the customs process and delivery system. Additionally, due to the ongoing pandemic, shipping services are currently disrupted.


    Returns & Exchanges:


    We accept exchanges or refunds within 14 days from the item’s shipment date. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.

    The product packaging is designed to protect the product. Please understand that damage such as crushing or flooding of the box during shipping is not grounds for a refund. (In cases of new products, we never sell damaged items. Any issues during delivery should be addressed with the delivery company.)

    After opening or damaging the inner plastic bags or other protective materials, the item is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Exchanges/refunds are not available for discounted products with damaged packaging.

    Additional Requirements for Refunds & Exchanges:

    Before requesting a refund or exchange after opening the product, we require that you send video clips and photos while unboxing the items to assist us with your inquiry. If the situation is complex, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange.
