Hoyt Volt-Ammeter. Works on all ranges though not accurate by today's standards plus it is 100+ years old. Glass is cracked and needle rests above zero.....see picture.
Voltage ranges are 3V, 30V
Current Ranges are 300 mA, 3 A ,30A
You change ranges by rotating the meter until the pointer is at the value you want to measure.
NOTE: The posts and knurled nuts are all brass, most of the other ones I see on eBay are phenolic, so I would presume this one is older.
