This little narrow tray is made without a breaker handle. The individual separations do wiggle a little so I assume that’s how it works. See pictures. Sold as seen. It does have a stamped in ‘H’ on the insert so perhaps it’s hot point brand but I see no other makers marks.

It weighs about 6 oz by itself.
