1 - Postage
We will ship your order in one business day once the payment is cleared.
All the parcels will be collected by our carrier at 1:00PM BST on Monday to Friday.
For the payment after 12AM BST, the parcel has to be shipped the Next working day at 1:00PM BST.
Tracking number (if have) will be uploaded to eBay within 24 hours after shipment.

2 - Returns
We aim to provide you the good buying experience, 14 days return policy is offered in our store. You may return or exchange any product within 14 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. If the product is damaged during or after installation, a refund or credit will not be given. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit.
