  • Items ordered together are generally shipped via Priority 2-day mail.
  • You may contact us if you need fast shipment on any order. Extra charges may apply.
  • Items and orders over $100.00 and rare items are sent out will require a signature for delivery. No exceptions are made in this regard.
  • To ensure your safety, all our packages are photographed and recorded before they are sealed. Upon request, we can send you the images so that you know what to expect in the mail, before you get it. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

RETURNS

  • We have a 30 day return policy.
  • If there is an error with your order we may ask for either a replacement or a refund. Replacements will be sent out via 2-day shipping. You won't be charged any restocking or shipping fees.
  • For items that are unused we will offer a full refund minus shipping.
  • For items that are used (also applies to sealed items that are opened), we will charge a 10% restocking fee and shipping but we will accept all such returns.
  • Upon receiving your item, if we find that there was an error with your item, you will not be charged shipping or restocking fees.
