Domestic (US) Orders
* We no longer ship to PO Boxes.
* Domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of payment.
* Signature confirmation will be required on any order over $200.

* Domestic shipments are sent via standard USPS or Fedex service.
* Standard shipping service may not be available to some addresses. Additional charges may apply.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
*Receipts are available through eBay and will not be included with the purchased items.* Items are shipped in original boxes unless stated otherwise. No refunds or returns will be authorized due to shipping damage to just the box that is out of our control. Most boxes will be sealed with eBay tape.
* Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives, we only accept reports of shipping damage within 3 days from delivery. Pictures of all damaged parts and the box will be required.
*Serial numbers of all our products our recorded before shipment.
* All returns must be shipped to the appropriate facility for processing. Before returning a product, please contact us to receive return instructions.
* When you submit your payment, your order will be automatically processed. We may no longer be able to change or cancel your order.
* After the order is received, we cannot update your shipping address. The order will be shipped to the address you submit with your payment or order cancelled.
* Please contact us with any special requests before ordering. *Resellers, we will not do anything special such as use different tape or try to pass off an open box or used item as new.
*Refunds are limited to the original item purchased price. We will not be responsible for any installation costs or other damages caused.
