Vintage Trim brand 2" nail clippers.  Marked Made in USA in two locations and Bassett Co, Derby, CT in one.  Estate item.  Bit of discoloration on top of file, and normal scuffing for age.  Condition is better than pictures depict.   Poor camera and photographer.  Thanks for viewing and happy to answer any questions.
