SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

This product has an extended 3 day handling time. It is in stock with our local supplier, and will be sourced upon ordering. It will be shipped 3 business days after placing your order.

Your parcel will be posted using Australia Post, standard post with tracking (unless another method is selected). 

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Ebay as a guide only, and this does not guarantee delivery within this timeframe. Unexpected delays may occur within the shipping network, which is outside of our control. We are not able to refund or cancel orders that arrive later than their expected time frame, but we will do all we can to assist you in raising the issue with the shipping company and providing updates as they come in.

If your parcel is damaged or officially deemed lost in transit, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

To ensure a successful and secure delivery, we recommend using a secure PO Box, Parcel Locker or business address. If the item is delivered to an address that is unattended at the time of delivery, the postal worker may leave the item on the premises if a safe place is located (such as a verandah, mailbox, or behind a secure fence). If no safe place is located, the parcel will be taken to your local post office to await collection.

Buying from outside Australia? We ship internationally too, using Australia Post Standard International Service with tracking.

Please note that the postage charge does not include Customs fees that may be incurred once the parcel enters Customs. Any fees that are charged by Customs are the responsibility of the buyer to cover, and completely outside of our control. Please take this into account when purchasing from overseas.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept Australia-wide returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new saleable condition. Return postage will be paid by the buyer in the cases of a remorse return - including but not limited to wrong size, change of mind, ordering the wrong item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of a remorse return.

In the event of a faulty item, please contact us directly and specify if you would prefer to receive a replacement or a refund. We will assist with further instructions.
