Franklin Mint - The Treasury of Carousel Art - Leopard Saddle Horse Figurine, designed by William Manns, made in 1988, made in Thailand. I do not have the original box or COA.
The horse is 4" high, 4.75" long and 1.25" wide. The wood oval base is 3.5" long, 2.1" wide and ,4 high.
The figurine is in good condition with no chips or cracks. The metal pole has light tarnishing.
