Unfortunately, we cannot ship to any other international destinations including Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands (which strangely enough is classed as an international destination.)
We will post or ship on the next available slot after payment has been received. If payment is received before 1:30 PM, the order will be dispatched that day. Where payment is received after 1:30 PM, the order will be shipped the following day.

Insurance & tracking (up to £150) is included with all Parcel Force shipping.

Packing Charges

We use recycled packaging materials where possible.
Where special packaging materials and any ancillary costs are required, we will include these in the postage or shipping charges.

Description & Pictures
|
Where limited information is supplied at point of origin, a filler description will have been researched from the Internet. Our pictures are normally taken from the original items, but frequent items that are deemed to be alike will have pictures re-used.
Also note that only the items specifically mentioned are included in the auction. For example, if there is no mention of a power supply, cables, accessories or anything else to be supplied - you should not expect to receive them.
Sold as seen and spare or repair lots are no more than that - we make no recommendations as to the usefulness, quality or safety aspects of such items.

Quality & Testing

All goods are cleaned by our in-house staff and our technical volunteers will have carried out any appropriate testing. All hard drives have been thoroughly processed by data wiping and testing software.
Our goal is to safety PAT test all items where there is a high possibility of purchase for home use.
