However PLEASE read all the boring technical stuff below which I have had to add to all my listings due to a minority of eBayers who CANNOT BE BOTHERED to READ THE DESCRIPTION or PAYMENT TERMS and then SIMPLY WHINGE IN FEEDBACK.

PAYMENT POLICY

All PAYMENTS are to be received within 3 days of auction end unless previously agreed. If you are making multiple purchases please wait for a combined purchase invoice to obtain postage discounts as multiple items can often be mailed for the same cost as a single one. Failure to make contact/payment within 3 days of the auction end WILL result the filing of a NON PAYING BIDDER alert with eBay. If you decide to ignore the alert then when I close the dispute it will result in you getting an eBay STRIKE (3 STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT OF EBAY). INTERNATIONAL (non UK) PAYMENT is by PAYPAL ONLY. For UK purchasers I prefer PAYPAL. I do not accept CASH or VOUCHERS. Items paid by cheque or postal order will be SENT when cleared TO THE ADDRESS OF THE EBAY ACCOUNT HOLDER.

POSTAGE POLICY

Once I have received cleared funds for item payment item will be despatched. I usually post MONDAY-FRIDAY and most of the time I aim to send ON DAY OF PURCHASE. All items are usually sent within 72 hours of cleared payment.  If there are any problems with this I will message you. I eBay message when item has been mailed. I always obtain proof of posting for all of my items whether they are being sent within the UK or Internationally. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Whilst I AIM TO ACCURATELY PREDICT POSTAGE and PACKING COSTS, please remember that the Royal Mail has a size and weight pricing policy.

 

WHEN LEAVING POSTAGE CHARGE FEEDBACK PLEASE REMEMBER THAT EBAY NOW TAKE 10% OF THE POSTAGE COST AS WELL AS 10% OF THE ITEM COST AS COMMISSION AND I HAVE THEREFORE HAD TO CHANGE MY POSTAGE CHARGES TO REFLECT THIS.  POSTAGE IS CHARGED APPROXIMATELY AT COST, ALTHOUGH THE PRICE OF BUBBLEWRAP, JIFFY ENVELOPES ETC MAY VARY FROM TIME TO TIME.

REFUND POLICY

If you feel the item has been grossly misrepresented or any other problem please contact me and I will always do my best to sort it out.  If a refund is agreed I will require the item posted back and a refund will be issued ON RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEM. Outward and Return postage is YOUR responsibility.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN THE POST

I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT GO ASTRAY, ARRIVE LATE OR THAT ARE DAMAGED IN THE POST. I AM VERY CAREFUL HOW I PACK MY ITEMS AND THEY LEAVE HERE IN “AS DESCRIPTION” CONDITION. Ebay’s policy is such that they will always find in favour of the buyer unless tracking is provided and therefore for all items over the basic Royal Mail limit I will, at my discretion, use tracked services. If something is broken in the post please send a photo to verify as so many people tell you that it was broken and then miraculously withdraw the claim once a photo is requested.

FEEDBACK POLICY

I leave feedback once it has been left for me. For me feedback indicates the end of the transaction and  is confirmation that you have received your item.  If you have a problem don’t whinge in feedback contact me and I’m sure it can be resolved. Please don’t threaten me with negative feedback in the hope it will get you a refund I will simply report you to eBay. Feedback should not be used as a threat.
