This adorable ceramic cottage is in excellent condition.

See photograph for condition details. There are three small chips. One is at the base of the basket, two are on the back side of the base. They do not detract from the overall look. All flaws are photographed.

There are no signs that it has ever been used as a candle display (soot, charring, etc).

The house is approximately 10 in high including the base. The base is 5.5 by 5.5 in square. The cottage set weighs 2 lb 11.4 oz.
