This little "naughty" (early erotica) flip book is in relatively good condition for a paper book printed some time between the 1920's - 1950's (there is no publication, publisher, nor illustrator information on the book).  I have researched the item and dates vary, though 1920's is the prevailing date I have found.  There were limited comparison examples as this is considered a hard to find (I hate to call it "rare") item.  

The book has some minor aging/discoloration/creasing on the front and back covers.  The binding is intact; there is some rust-looking spots where the staple is under the binding.  All pages are in good condition; none are torn/missing.  There is wear on the corners from being "flipped".  I do have a video of the flip book in action and am willing to send it to seriously interested buyers who are over the age of 18.  Please let me know if you have any questions about this item.
