This listing is for a partially tested Olympus Pen FT 35mm half frame film SLR camera, with an E. Zuiko Auto-S 38mm F1.8 lens.

This camera has been tested with a dummy film roll, the film advances and rewinds as expected, but I have not developed a roll from it.

The shutter speeds all fire at what seem to be correct speeds.

The light meter does work, (Keep in mind that it takes the no longer made 1.35v PX625 mercury batteries. There are zinc replacement batteries available from wein cell, but they have notoriously short lifespans. If you put in a 1.5v battery the meter will not be accurate.)

The battery compartment does not have any corrosion.

The lens is clear of any scratches, fungus, or separation. There are some minor dust inclusions which is common and should not affect image quality.

The aperture adjusts smoothly and actuates correctly when the shutter is fired.

The camera is missing its original lens cap, but I have included a 3D printed replacement.

The only issue I noticed is that the film advance lever is a little stiffer than the FT I use regularly. It does not currently hamper the function of this camera, but it is likely old lubricant that is gunked up. If you plan to use this camera alot it might be worthwhile to have it CLA'd.

While I can confirm that this camera does seem to be functioning correctly, it is being sold AS IS.
Please look closely at all of the photos and feel free to ask any questions before making an offer.
