BEAUTIFULLY CARVED GOTHIC THRONE STYLE OAK HALL CHAIR WITH WONDERFUL DETAILING AND GOOD PROPORTIONS,Circa 1780-1820.
Make no mistake,this is a wonderful looking chair of very nice proportions making it a very usable piece of antique furniture with it measuring 54 cm in width,by 60 cm deep and stands 132 cm tall and has a seat height of 46 cm,seat depth of 39 cm and seat width of 45 cm and looks fantastic with crisp hand carved detailing throughout.
It's condition should be classed as very good given its age and usage and shows only normal wear that you should reasonably expect to see on a piece of this age and type along with some lovely fireside crazing as shown in some of the pictures where it has been used as a fireside chair and adds a lovely touch of character to the piece.
