Before e-mailing me and asking if I can go lower on my price, ask yourself this... 
(Seriously, stand in front of a mirror and look at yourself..speak to the mirror person)
Do you go into million\billion dollar businesses and ask them to lower their price or do you just do that to small businesses that are trying to make ends meet?

If my item is the cheapest on eBay:

No, I will not go lower . I AM ALREADY THE CHEAPEST
Yes, I sometimes send out coupons for a certain percent off , NO, I will not go lower.
If I just listed an item (cheapest on eBay). No, I will not lower my price.

Seriously though, what would possess you to think I would give 40% off? 
(why not just ask me to send you cash in a box)
