Delivery

For Postage & Packing costs, please consult the 'Postage and Payments' tab.

The majority of our items are sent via Hermes and a tracking number will be provided. Large, heavier items will be sent via Parcelforce.

How long do I have to pay for my order?

We allow up to 5 working days for orders to be paid for to allow for customers to benefit from combined postage. Any items not paid for after 5 working days an unpaid item case will be opened 

Returns & Refunds

We accept Returns on all our items.

If an item is damaged in transit and is not safe to return, we can accept a photo of the damaged item.

Once the photo/returned item is received, we will refund your original payment.

Collection

If you decide to collect this item, please be aware it is located and ready to collect in Lewes. However, if you wish to collect it at our Distribution Centre at Hurstpierpoint, please allow 2 working days for it to arrive.
