*KTM is an Australian motorcycle manufacturer known for its high-performance off-road bikes. In the 1984 Motocross World Championship 250cc class, they impressively won the title. The 1985 model KTM 250 motocrosser was commercially sold as a replica of that championship machine. It features a frame with varying pipe thickness for weight reduction and is equipped with a 45 horsepower water-cooled 2-stroke engine. In addition to a unique rear suspension mechanism known as the Pro Lever, it also incorporates products from top manufacturers for the rear shock unit and front forks, such as White Power, achieving high overall performance.
