Lightweight fabric, semi-sheer

Waist 14" - elastic waistband stretches to approximately 23" 

Leg opening 3-5" - stretches to approximately 6" 

Length measured diagonally from top of waistband to bottom of gusset 9.5" 

No stains or rips. Lace shows some dullness from age. Shows normal vintage wear from age, use and wash wear. Bottoms waistband shows a few visible stitch threads. Both pieces have a few staple / pin holes on each.
