This Dave Van Ronk Statesboro Blues French import CD is a rare gem for any folk and blues lover. The live recording from Paris, France, in 1983 features the folk-blues master, who influenced Bob Dylan, in top form, performing a compilation of his best work. The first 7 cuts are live at a Paris theater, and the final 6 cuts were recorded in a Paris studio. The live cuts include Dave's growly version of "St. James Infirmary," a Van Ronk classic.
The CD, in a standard jewel case, is in near mint condition, and the jewel case is in excellent condition. The inlay is also in mint condition. The rare out of print import CD is selling fro $129 on Amazon.
