A 1966-2001 New York World Trade Center shaped souvenir pencil sharpener.  The pencil sharpener is dated 2001 and is probably in remembrance of the World Trade Center  after the building s were knocked down is a terrorist attack in 2001.  The pencil sharpener is in in nice condition and states

“1966-2001 WORLD TRADE CENTER,

MADE IN CHINA”

The pencil sharpener is 2 x 3 ½ inches in height.  Please see the other vintage items listed on eBay.  Thanks for looking.
