Beautiful & Rare Piece Made in Portugal in the 50`s

Condition - Very Nice Old Metal Collection piece with a nice Patina.  The top has many small dents (photo 6) and a rust stain in the bottom (photo 7) . (Please see carefully all the Big Photos). Thank You.
