This one doesn't come up often. Approximately 3.5x11.5" Seems to be composition. I'm not really positive. The tie rack has nine 3" long wire arms for ties. One is missing. It supposed to have ten. There is some paint residue on the sides and a little on the back. It should be easy to clean but I left it alone. I did not try to remove the paint in fear of messing it up. I'm assuming it supposed to lay flat but there is some curvature on the left. Please view all photos for quality.
