This is the Second edition of the Cordon Bleu Cookery Course. The lessons and recipes are the same as in the first edition (published in September 1968 - February 1970), although Course numbers have sometimes been changed to fit in with the different seasons.

Supplement: a glossary of basic cooking terms, guide to cooking equipment, and weights and measures equivalents are included in the pull-out Supplement in issue one.

This was purchased new by my late mother - only one owner since purchase.
