This is a Scientific Atlanta D-9593 Sega Channel adapter for Genesis.

We haven't tested it, as the service it was intended to connect to is defunct. We're offering it for sale as-is, for its value as a collectible piece of gaming history!

There are some signs of wear and blemishes on the housing of the main unit, and the attached coaxial adapter's shell has separated along one side.
