Appears to never have been transformed. I added some pics of way in close ups of the visible wear areas: where the barrel folds into an arm, the hinge to open the cylinder, and the rear sight/head, all are pristine. The surface of the toy still feels like mold release
Toy is 99.9% complete, comes with all original parts except the second sprue of bullets
Figure and accessories in excellent condition
Stickers are unused and mint

Packaging and paperwork also complete and very clean. Includes original plastic guard on the cylinder, really good clean unchipped styro too tho it has an impression from a sprue of bullets being out of place, see last pic. The box is also excellent, still really glossy but it does have a few small marks, see pics. The microchange booklet is scuffed a tint bit, instructions are pretty glossy but have a bit of water staining on one section, see pics
