To receive a complete refund, the item MUST come back in the same condition that it was SENT. New items must be returned in new condition with labels and/or tags still attached in the same place. If your item shipped to you (the buyer) with free shipping, BUYER pays for return shipping. If buyer paid for shipping, return shipping is refunded back to you once I receive the item back.
