New, non-remanufactured, OEM-looking cast aluminum nickel silicon carbide (NSC) electrolytic stock bore cylinder that looks just like an OE cylinder. NSC is a compound of nickel and silicon carbide, which provides an excellent wear-resistant surface with oil-holding capabilities. The cylinders are then diamond honed to achieve the exact bore size and correct surface finish to ensure correct ring sealing and oil retention.
