Items returned that are not in the same condition as they were at the time of sale in this case New, are subject up to a 50% partial refund due to a loss in item value since the item cannot be sold as new again. This includes removing any plastic wrap, breaking product seals, opening the product packaging but not using the item inside, missing accessories, missing plastic packaging for cables, damaged product packaging, visibly used product etc.*

Photos/Videos are taken of the item when being packed for both the buyer and sellers protection.
Items that have a serial number are recorded and logged! INAD disputes and any returns marked as defective will be thoroughly investigated before a refund is issued to ensure all items/parts sent are received back in the same condition. Products with internal components that are swappable in some form will also be inspected/opened up to ensure all parts are there.
