Vintage Kenner Princess Wishing Star Doll 1995 Dark Complexion NO WAND READ DESC.Has some dried white paint on the legs hand and a couple spots on the dress.Was able to get some off of the legs but honestly I don’t have the patience.Hair could use some TLC and dress has some snags.Didn’t do anything when I put batteries in it but not sure if it only activates with the wand which I don’t have.Smoke free.
