Vintage Cushion Style watch Nemo

In 27mm case size without crown 

Silver case 0.800 and enamel dial 

Red 12 dial ,original blue hands 

Strap seems original old one with silver buckle 

Not sure about the year but probably from 1920-30's 

Watch is not working ,it will be sold as is as project to fix 

Seems stuck ,need to be cleaned 

And as i see the problem is the balance wheel (broken staff and hairspring)
