This is the 2008 print second revision after the 2001 revision with additional color plates added.

Dust jacket intact, good quality with slight shelfware at edges of jacket. 

The hardcover book itself is in immaculate condition like new.

I'm an artist and have appreciated the book for years, now moving and moving onto more art. Needs a good home.
