Vintage petite small double breasted, cropped black crushed Velvet jacket and matching  beret, possibly handmade.  Trimmed in rusty red under the collar and at the end of the sleeves for lining. The beret has the rusty red fabric for the band.  The sleeve lining needs replaced, it is Crumbling or it could just be removed altogether. The sleeves have a V cutout at the top of the sleeve.  The 4 buttons are covered in felt, which could use some attention.  

The rusty red fabric lining the underside of the collar is in decent shape. The jacket itself is unlined.

The outside diameter of the beret is 12".  The band diameter  of the beret is 6.5" and it is sectioned in 8 pieces.  The red band lining and rubber needs replaced in the beret.

Inside measurement armpit to armpit seam is 18".

Outside shoulder to shoulder is 14"

Length from back of the top of the collar to the bottom is 15".

Sleeve length from armpit to end is 17".

Sleeve opening is 7.5".

Would make for some cool goth or punk rock outerwear for a small framed person.  Or pair it over an evening gown, I wish it fit me!
