We do accept return on most of our items. Returned items must be send back within 14 days of delivery (to your mail box, POBox etc.) and must be returned in exactly the same condition and packaging as it was sent to you, please don't wear the item if you are planning to return it. Please DO NOT MODIFY, RESIZE or ADJUST the item, if you are planning to return it. DO NOT CLEAN Jewelry, Stones, Coins if you are planning to return the item, this can damage the item. Damaged item will be reported to EBay. We DO NOT refund shipping and handling fees, no exceptions.
