An estate sale find that we are unable to find any information about!!! The center appears to be a rising dragon figure. The bottom is in rough condition with rust. There seems to be a design to the bottom that cannot be determined. It is a heavy piece and the top looks like it could be brass, but we are just not sure of anything about this piece, so it is as is. Please consider listing photos part of the description.

The dragon is 11 inches tall. The base is 7 inches across.
