PAYMENT POLICY
Your prompt payment is appreciated! Your item is guaranteed to be shipped within two business days after receiving payment. Please pay for your purchase within 4 days of the listing end time, or I will have to cancel due to non-payment.
The buyer is responsible for any fees related to import, duties, or taxes.
SHIPPING POLICY
Flat Rate Economy Shipping is offered at checkout, however whenever possible I upgrade shipping service at no additional cost to the buyer. Shipping rates are determined at the time of listing, and vary based on item weight, dimensions, and packing material required to make sure it gets to you safely. In some cases where an item is very large or very heavy, Calculated Shipping will apply.
Your item is guaranteed to be shipped within two business days after receiving payment. If you would like to combine shipping for multiple purchases, please contact me before finalising your payment.
I offer the following Flat Rate Shipping fees:
- $2 Letter Mail for very small items that fit in a standard envelope and do not need additional protection;
- $7.50 Flat Rate Shipping for items up to 200g, or smaller items that require protective packaging;
- $15 Flat Rate Shipping for larger or bulkier items up to $100;
- Free Shipping for items $100+.
Please note, I ship to Canadian and US residential addresses only. I do not ship outside of Canada/USA, and cannot ship larger items to PO Boxes. If you are unable to provide an appropriate address upon checkout, I will regretfully have to cancel your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
