Refund & Exchange Policy:

Returns for full refund are only valid for item sale price, not including shipping costs.

All items returned to us require an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our customer support. You can obtain this RMA number by simply messaging us through eBay.

All items returned without a valid RMA number will be delayed in processing, or returned back to the sender.

We offer our customers a 30 day period/warranty from purchase date to exchange or refund their order, all items eligible must still be in new or unworn/resellable condition.

Any items returned beyond the 30 day period/warranty will not be accepted.

Any items returned for any reason in used/poor condition will not be accepted.
