Stamped with the green “M in Wreath” mark, hand painted & Nippon, used from 1911 to 1921
(Nippon is an older word for Japan, after 1921 the McKinley Tariff act demanded that "Japan" be used instead,
making pieces marked "Nippon" being made prior to that)
