New, with tags.  Hidden seam kangaroo pocket in front on hidden seams.  Waist seam is elasticized. "Tie" at front is a tacked down.  Fabric is very lightweight, cool and stretchy.  The side of one sleeve has " Omni-Freeze " on it.  Tags state this style as the " Freezer Dress " and orig retail at $60.
