Satisfaction Bay offers same day shipping for items paid for by 3pm Eastern time, Monday

thru Friday. There is no shipping on weekends or holidays unless prior arrangements for

this, are made.

We try but don't always use the same shipping service that is posted on the listing. If you

have a preference on which shipping method I use please let me know right away, and I will

try to accommodate.

*Items shipped to foreign countries may add additional tariffs, fees, etc..., we DO NOT

cover these costs. Indiana residents are responsible for sales tax. Thank you for your time!

*All items are from the inventory or overstock of an RV/Trailer manufacturer. The condition

of each item is clearly specified in each ad. We pride ourselves on honesty, and we do not

false advertise. If there is an imperfection we clearly put it in each ad.

*We take very detailed pictures of EVERY item we list. You will receive everything that is

pictured in the ad. No more, no less. If it is not pictured, then you do not receive it! What

you see is what you get! So please look at all pictures carefully.

*Items have been stored in a warehouse and packaging may have minor imperfections that

should not affect the usage of the item.

*Once you pay for your item it will (under most circumstances) be shipped within 1

business days. If the item you purchase requires freight shipping please allow a day or so

for additional handling and freight pick up.

*If an item is defective or you are not satisfied, it will be replaced with the same item or a

refund will be issued depending on the circumstance. If you wish to return an item for a

refund or replacement, the return shipping costs are YOUR responsibility unless it was our

mistake.
