This is a nice bronze 1 centavo from 1913, minted at the San Francisco mint, for the Philippines. The Philippines was under United States Administration at this time. Obverse has the familiar man seated beside hammer and anvil, reverse has eagle with wings open above shield. Edge is smooth. 

This coin has circulated. I would grade it F-VF. However, it does have some noticeable dings on the surfaces of the obverse & reversePlease view the photos to see for yourself.
