All contents are included except for the game/case and any digital content. The stickers and bobblehead are still sealed in their original packaging. The bobblehead's plastic has come unglued a bit from the box due to age. The art book has been displayed on the shelf and does have some wear to the corners. The map and the box have been affected by some water damage. This does not appear to ruin the quality of the map, just gives it a bit of a wave. The box also has some shelf wear.
