Thirty Days Return Policy:

Within thirty days of the invoice date Exchange or Return for a refund. Upon receipt of the defective product(s), pre-loved4re-loved will begin to process your refund or exchange subject to availability. Please allow seven (7) business days to process returns and two (2) business days from the date pre-loved4re-loved receives the defective product to process an exchange. Buyer must pay to return the item to us and we will pay to reship it back to you. pre-loved4re-loved will make every effort to replace it with the same product, subject to availability and the return of the defective one per this policy.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: (whether used or unused)

A customer may return an item for exchange or refund even if the item is in working condition. If the customer doesn’t like bluetooth, then he or she can return it for an exchange for another model or refund. The refund amount will be the amount paid including the shipping and handling charges. 

RMA Number: Your RMA will be your eBay username. It is the only way we can pull out your order and proceed with the exchange or refund, so make sure it’s legible. You do not need to contact us for a return or an exchange. Simply return your product to the below address and include a note with your eBay user name and what you would like us to do with it (i.e: refund or exchange). All products returned to pre-loved4re-loved without a username will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer’s own expense. 

To return an item, simply open a return request with eBay and we will approve it within 1-2 working days.
