All shipments are sent via courier service and require signatures upon delivery, If it is apparent you know the delivery location will be vacant, please leave a signed note for the delivery driver to leave the goods in a safe and secure location.

Where possible please supply us with your telephone number for the delivery company to call in Case of any problems locating your address. This is a necessity requirement for all customers outside of the UK.

Warranty Policy
All filters supplied by RICO EUROPELtd, meet or exceed oem specifications and are fully covered under warranty, The warranty on your machine will not be affected when fitting filters supplied by RICO EUROPE.

Goods may be returned up to 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning explaining the reasons why. Full refunds will be offered for any mistake on our behalf. For mistakes on customer's behalf outbound carriage will not be refunded but goods may still be returned, refunded or exchanged. We will always work with you to resolve as best we can.
