This is a used bag and shows wear and tear (e.g., minor pen marks and discoloration on the hardware (both sides of the bottom backpack clip) - have not tried to see if they can be cleaned). See close up of photos provided for actual condition, as they are part of the description. The imperfections are not readily noticeable (in my opinion) but are there if you are looking for flaws.
