Warranty Policy
All filters supplied by RICOEUROPE, meet or exceed OEM specifications and are fully covered under warranty, The warranty on your machine will not be affected when fitting filters supplied by RICO EUROPE.

All shipments are sent via courier service and require signatures upon delivery, If it is apparent you know the delivery location will be vacant, please leave a signed note for the delivery driver to leave the goods in a safe and secure location.

Where possible please supply us with your telephone number for the delivery company to call in Case of any problems locating your address. This is a necessity requirement for all customers outside of the UK.

European Union Residential:
IOSS is applicable to orders below 150 EUR, ebay will charge you the relevant custom fees at time of order.
Orders above 150 EUR, IOSS is not applicable & you will be responsible to pay any import duties as determined by your country. The courier company will usually contact you prior to delivery to take payment.

European Union Businesses:
We require your EORI number to ship your parcels. You will be responsible to pay any import duties as determined by your country.
